Best Outdoor Party Tips

These are simple tips that can completely change a party! Outdoor parties can be casual cookouts or glamorous events, but either way these tips could come in handy.

A pathway lined with lights is something so simple that can completely step up a party. It's such a good way to make an evening outdoor event (fancy or not) seem put together and and totally special! 

Set up a drink station

This drink station is so simple and easy! It lays out all of the options so guests know just what they have to choose from and it's perfect for an outdoor event. If the party is on the larger size, opt for an outdoor bar! I've seen so many cool bar setups for outdoor parties (I think I'll have to write a post solely about outdoor bars....because yes). 

Serve a drink to share

Small Foods

People are usually there for longer periods of time and the small bite sizes allow them to casually graze throughout the night. Plus it makes it easier to restock everything and keep the food cold or warm!

Hang some lights

Hang lights, put candles everywhere, just make your party shine! There's nothing prettier than some lights and candles as the sun goes down, so don't forget to add those special touches (they totally make a difference).

Have multiple seating options

Even if it involves blankets on the grass, make sure you have enough seating options for everyone to feel comfortable! Some people may want to just flop down on the ground, but others will want something with a little more cushion. So make sure you have a couple different areas for people to break off to as the party goes on!
